Course Overview
A high-intensity, hands-on cadaver workshop in interventional pain and musculoskeletal medicine, designed to translate anatomical knowledge directly into clinical practice.
Participants will train across 5 dedicated cadaver stations, working in small groups of 4 participants per station under direct supervision of an international faculty.
The programme combines fluoroscopy, ultrasound and endoscopic techniques, covering both fundamental and advanced procedures with a strong focus on anatomical precision, procedural safety and practical skills that can be transferred directly to clinical practice.

The course is intended for physicians involved in interventional management of pain and musculoskeletal disorders, including:

Course Structure
The workshop features five parallel cadaver stations, with 20 participants divided into five groups of four. Each group rotates through all stations under direct faculty supervision, providing intensive hands-on exposure across a broad range of interventional pain and musculoskeletal procedures.
Two stations focus primarily on fluoroscopy-guided spine interventions using C-arm, including established and advanced techniques in interventional pain medicine.
Three stations focus on ultrasound- and image-guided musculoskeletal and peripheral interventions, including 7StarScope®-assisted visualization techniques.
The programme progresses from fundamental procedures to more advanced image-guided and minimally invasive techniques, with an emphasis on anatomical understanding, procedural precision and clinical applicability.

Scientific Supervision
The workshop is held under the scientific supervision of Robert Rapcan, MD, PhD, MBA, FIPP, Founder and Honorary Chairman of the Interventional Pain Academy.
Dr. Rapcan personally oversees the educational concept of the programme and will attend the workshop to support the faculty and participants throughout the event, ensuring the highest educational and scientific standards.

Educational Objectives
The aim of the course is to enhance participants’ understanding and technical proficiency in image-guided interventional procedures through cadaver-based training.
