Michal Matias is an expert in minimally invasive and endoscopic treatment of the back, certified in the fields of pain medicine, anesthesiology and holds a master degree in the field of ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia and pain medicine and a certificate of a Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice (FIPP). He is a leading physician for EuroPainClinics in Czech Republic. He is an international instructor for the Maxmore company in endoscopic procedures on spine. His mainfield within ultrasound guided pain blocks is pelvic pain and pain of major joints ( shoulder, knee, hip). He is also a deputy chief physician of the Center for Pain Management of the Department of Anesthesia, Resuscitation and Intensive Care, First Medical Faculty, Charles University and General Hospital, Prague.
