The IPA Endoscopic Spine Techniques Masterclass is an exclusive one-day cadaver-based training course focused on practical skills development in endoscopic spine procedures using the MaxMoreSpine® Endoscopic System.

The course provides participants with intensive hands-on experience in a dedicated cadaver laboratory environment, focusing on endoscopic access techniques, anatomical orientation, fluoroscopic guidance, instrument handling and procedural workflow.

With only 8 participants, 4 experienced faculty members and 2 cadaver workstations, the Masterclass offers a highly interactive educational format with maximum faculty supervision.

The main objective of the Masterclass is to provide participants with a strong practical foundation in endoscopic spine techniques.

The practical session will focus on essential endoscopic spine techniques, including:

Transforaminal Endoscopic Approach

  • Access planning and fluoroscopic orientation
  • Working cannula placement
  • Endoscopic visualization and navigation
  • Instrument handling and procedural workflow

Interlaminar Endoscopic Approach

  • Posterior access techniques
  • Instrument positioning
  • Endoscopic workflow

Endoscopic Pain Intervention Techniques

  • Facet joint approaches
  • Sacroiliac (SI) joint approaches

Participants will:

  • Understand the principles of endoscopic spine access techniques
  • Improve anatomical orientation and fluoroscopic planning
  • Gain practical experience with endoscopic instruments
  • Learn key steps of transforaminal and interlaminar approaches
